Personally, I found the lack of a balcony in the double room a bit disappointing, but others may not mind.

The rooms were clean and spacious, and the customer service was excellent. We were even greeted with a special birthday surprise for our twin daughters. The location was perfect, close to the city center and just a short walk from the main train and bus station. We were able to easily explore the area and visit nearby attractions. the air conditioning worked well, which was a pleasant surprise considering it wasn't common in other places we stayed in Italy.
The breakfast offered was not substantial, just a coupon for a coffee and pastry at a nearby cafe. It would have been nice to have more options available.
